I am a black man...! wear this skin EVERYDAY, There is excellence embedded in my genotype and phenotype, I am blessed to have an abundance of the melanin i do, As counterintuitive as it may be, I'm grateful for the struggles of being black: for they have imbued me with inner strength and resiliency to withstand any external inhibition, The obstacle is the way. I practice brotherhood with those who practice brotherhood with me, Sharing complexion doesn't automatically grant someone access into my space, Character, integrity, paradigms, and proactivity puts one brick down after another to me. No one will ever be completely healed, but being someone who's taken the responsibility for themselves to do the work of healing the things that come with being highly blessed with melanin is the key ingredient. I think that's a part of the price fr: doing the work to get to a place of gratefulness to just bask/lavish in the myriad of blessing of being black, I'd like to connect with an aligned woman.
