Lazarus rising....... Starting life all over again after college, military, and life's other wonderful but wooly journeys. I am an avid reader of history as it relates to the Black Diaspora. If you know who Howard Thurman was (no searching the web)then we are soul-mates. I enjoy beaches, traveling, basketball, football, walking, running and casino's. I can go to a play, game, or concert at the drop of a hat. I prefer jazz, but am open to r&b. I am a dog person (although I don't want one). Abreast of the current political climate and have a interest in what is happening worldwide. I'd like someone who "gives a damn" about what is happening to "people" here in this country. Who could spend time making sandwiches and beverages for those less fortunate than themselves, or work with "children" with ESL or S.A.T prep
